Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers for emergency rental solutions.
- Understand customer needs, operational risks, and rental requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for rental inquiries, qualify opportunities, and connect customers with the right teams.
- Plan and organize sales activities effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers, Customer Centers, and CSC colleagues.
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure smooth opportunity progression.
- Provide tailored solutions and manage the rental process from lead to order.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Care or Sales.
- Native level of Polish and communicative English.
- Collaborative and proactive team player who can also work independently.
- Persistent, determined, and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
- Creative and commercial thinking.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and engage in constructive debate.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach and ownership of work.
