Responsibilities
- Work operationally within the department team.

- Act as a commercial business partner within the IKEA store.
- Realize the IKEA Retail Food business while considering brand position, strategies, legal compliance, and people/planet positive aspects.
- Secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food.
- Secure the customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
- Apply retail foundations and sales steering tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by seeking and acting upon customer feedback.
- Act on own initiative and take responsibility.
- Ensure own development and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Contribute to the implementation of business plans and action plans.
- Contribute to the implementation of sustainability strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume business preferred.
- Desire to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Self-reliant and self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Proven ability to maintain effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure.
- Knowledge of IKEA Concept, Brand, Culture & Values.
- Knowledge of IKEA Food Business solutions.
- Knowledge of IKEA compliance standards.
- Knowledge of IKEA Food safety standards.
- Knowledge of Local food legislations.
- Knowledge of Customer buying behaviour.
