Accenture is seeking an Identity & Access Management Consultant to help organizations manage identity and access during digital transformations and AI adoption. This hybrid role, based in Stockholm, Göteborg, or Malmö, requires fluency in Swedish and English and approximately 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients define and design identity and access functions across their organization.
  • Create and evolve processes and architectures for modern identity concepts and technologies.
  • Implement designs, whether greenfield or re-engineering legacy systems.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams, delivering and explaining trade-offs.
  • Contribute to assessments and roadmaps for client identity strategies.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of how identity and access should function, with good judgment.
  • Expertise on either the functional (process and access design) or technical side of identity (platform experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Ambition to develop expertise across both functional and technical aspects.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in IAM or a closely related field.
  • Fluent Swedish and English.
  • Ability to work across sectors and adapt to client contexts.
  • Willingness to relocate to Stockholm, Göteborg, or Malmö for a hybrid work pattern.

Desired Qualifications

  • A relevant degree.
  • Exposure to software architecture, automation, or application onboarding.
  • Relevant security certifications or the drive to obtain them.
  • Genuine curiosity about the future of identity, including continuous verification, policy-based access, and AI's impact on governance.
