Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and execution of global supply chain solutions for third-party hardware.
  • Manage daily logistics operations from supplier through customer delivery.
  • Coordinate suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and customs brokers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment activities.
  • Ensure accurate SAP transactions for purchasing, inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance.
  • Support customs clearance activities and compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Develop and maintain logistics processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory, transportation, or supply chain operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience managing third-party hardware fulfillment operations.
  • Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
  • Working knowledge of SAP logistics, inventory, warehouse, and procurement processes.
  • Experience managing suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and import/export requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
