Responsibilities
- Support further development of product range and feasibility studies of new projects.
- Follow prototype development and lab support during development and testing.
- Perform hydraulic design for new machines and maintenance of legacy products.
- Conduct CFD and FEM simulations.
- Create 2D and 3D CAD designs of components, assemblies, and layouts.
- Create BOM and support the purchasing team during the sourcing phase.
- Support production during the start-up phase of serial production.
- Create project documents including layouts, 2D/3D for spare parts and manuals, and libraries for the configuration system.
- Check and document product compliance with current regulations.
- Cooperate with T&I and engineering departments and their Project Leaders.
- Cooperate with other Local Corporate departments and their Project Leaders for project development activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- At least 2 years of experience in designing, castings and machining.
- At least 2 years of experience using CFX simulation software for manufacturing products.
- At least 2 years of experience using CAD and Solidworks for manufacturing products.
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to details and data analysis skills.
- Proactive and able to successfully work in a team.
- Good command of Microsoft 365 applications and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Available for national and international travel.
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English (both spoken and written) is essential.
Desired Qualifications
- Specialization in hydraulic engineering is a plus.
