Responsibilities

  • Support further development of product range and feasibility studies of new projects.
  • Follow prototype development and lab support during development and testing.
  • Perform hydraulic design for new machines and maintenance of legacy products.
  • Conduct CFD and FEM simulations.
  • Create 2D and 3D CAD designs of components, assemblies, and layouts.
  • Create BOM and support the purchasing team during the sourcing phase.
  • Support production during the start-up phase of serial production.
  • Create project documents including layouts, 2D/3D for spare parts and manuals, and libraries for the configuration system.
  • Check and document product compliance with current regulations.
  • Cooperate with T&I and engineering departments and their Project Leaders.
  • Cooperate with other Local Corporate departments and their Project Leaders for project development activities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing, castings and machining.
  • At least 2 years of experience using CFX simulation software for manufacturing products.
  • At least 2 years of experience using CAD and Solidworks for manufacturing products.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to details and data analysis skills.
  • Proactive and able to successfully work in a team.
  • Good command of Microsoft 365 applications and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Available for national and international travel.
  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English (both spoken and written) is essential.

Desired Qualifications

  • Specialization in hydraulic engineering is a plus.
