  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide meaningful insights to HR and business leaders. 
  • Use data to identify organizational risks, recommend interventions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Coach managers on talent management, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and change management. 
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelors degree from an accredited institution 
  •  5+ years of progressive experience as HR Generalist
  • Demonstrated expertise conducting complex workplace investigations from intake through resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and other employment regulations. 
  • Experience coaching leaders through difficult employee situations. 
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify meaningful trends. 
  • Experience creating HR dashboards and executive-level reporting. 
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience supporting multi-state or global employee populations
  •  Ability to work independently, and in a flexible environment 
  •  Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools
  •  Expertise in MS Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
