Transcom is seeking an HRBP Supervisor in Manila, Philippines, to partner with stakeholders and deliver HR services aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to deliver HR services in line with organizational needs.
  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the interface between HR Center of Excellence and the business.
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage complex and sensitive people management issues and influence management and leadership on the people agenda.
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies.
  • Drive and deliver HR initiatives such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change.
  • Work in partnership with operational management teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Guide and coach supervisors and managers on employee relations and HR issues.
  • Support other HR team roles with projects and operational issues like recruitment and payroll.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Manage disciplinary cases and advise on occupational health issues.
  • Support the management of the talent profile, including Succession Planning and Talent Forecasting.
  • Facilitate sessions to develop and communicate business goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement, including implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Coach supervisors and managers in developing appraisals and delivering feedback.
  • Capture learning and development trends and needs and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Support business supervisors in their approach to people issues and their impact on the individual and business.
  • Support change programs, identifying change management requirements and developing interventions.
  • Support the HRBP Lead with the Salary Review Process and work with Line Managers to distribute salary budget.
  • Manage all promotions up to Supervisor career level.
  • Champion the accuracy of HR Data by driving stakeholders in the timely resolution of action items related to employee records.
  • Manage exit processes for staff, carrying out exit interviews.
  • Partner in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives.
  • Identify local project and HR initiatives in line with local group needs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure HR projects and initiatives are communicated and implemented.

Requirements

  • Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Law, Labour Relations, Work Studies, Business Administration and Management or similar).
  • Specific training and/or work experience in Human Resources, Post-Graduate Studies in Labour Relations and/or Labour Law.
  • Minimum two years experience as an HR employee, performing similar functions in personnel management and administration.
