Volvo Group is seeking a full-time HR Software Engineer to design, build, and support digital HR products, automations, and AI-enabled solutions. This role offers flexible locations in Bangalore, India, or Wroclaw, Poland, and involves working with cutting-edge technologies like UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors, Adobe Sign, and Microsoft Power Platform in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test and maintain digital solutions supporting People & Culture processes.
  • Build secure, scalable and maintainable software products, automations and integrations.
  • Configure, develop and support solutions within UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Take ownership of solutions from technical design and development through deployment, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve employee experience, operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in software development, automation engineering, application configuration or digital product development.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations and enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of modern software engineering practices, testing methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Experience working within Agile product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proactive and collaborative communication style
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience within HR technology, People & Culture processes or Employee Services environments is considered a strong advantage.
