Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain digital solutions supporting People & Culture processes.
- Build secure, scalable and maintainable software products, automations and integrations.
- Configure, develop and support solutions within UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Take ownership of solutions from technical design and development through deployment, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve employee experience, operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in software development, automation engineering, application configuration or digital product development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of modern software engineering practices, testing methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive and collaborative communication style
- Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience within HR technology, People & Culture processes or Employee Services environments is considered a strong advantage.
