This is a full-time internship for an active student in Stockholm, Sweden, expected to graduate in late 2027. The role focuses on supporting HR transformation and IT systems projects within the HR Tech team, offering hands-on project management experience in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR transformation and IT systems projects.
  • Assist with hands-on project execution across the HR portfolio.
  • Help drive HR transformation by building and running digital HR solutions.
  • Contribute to turning strategy into seamless employee and manager experiences.
  • Utilize data, documentation, and project insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Active student enrolled in an ongoing Bachelor's/Master's degree program in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Behavioral Science, Business Information Systems, Digital Business, or similar Project Management oriented programs.
  • Expected graduation date December 2027 or later.
  • Must remain an active student throughout the entire internship period.
  • Passionate about building a career in Project Management within HR or other functions.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application (e.g., EU/EEA citizenship, Swedish permanent residence, or a valid Swedish residence and work permit that does not require employer sponsorship).

Desired Qualifications

  • Courses taken in Project Management are preferred.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
