This HR Associate Partner role provides administrative and operational support to management teams, focusing on employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance. Key responsibilities include implementing surveys, managing grievances, providing HR MIS support, and conducting vendor audits.

Responsibilities

Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; assist HRBPs in analysis and action planning.
Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring associates.
Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
Implement new policies, procedures, and programs.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and partner with HR Business Partner in conducting investigations.
Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, including analyzing exit interviews, observing trends, and preparing dashboards.
Drive engagement initiatives like Buddy/mentoring programs, Voice of Employee, Round tables, Brown Bag sessions, and R&Rs.
Partner with HRBPs to drive Career pathing sessions/initiatives.
Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees.
Responsible for conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
Responsible for statutory compliance.

Requirements

6+ months of human resources experience
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Experience in confidential environments
Bachelor's degree

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
