The HR Associate Partner provides administrative and operational support to management, focusing on attendance tracking, time-off requests, and system data management. This role involves ensuring accurate coding of employee time, processing documentation, and assisting with reporting and audits, requiring experience in HR and confidential environments.
Responsibilities
- Assess attendance points for associates for unexcused absences.
- Collect and organize time off request forms and ensure manager approvals.
- Ensure proper coding of time paid/not worked (Vacation, Paid Personal Time, Voluntary Time-off, Lack of Work).
- Make points corrections for staffing agencies and associates as directed.
- Identify, track, and reconcile missing punches.
- Clear discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags with manager approval.
- Enter punches for orientation time for new hires.
- Input corrective action documentation into the Amazon GAPS system.
- Research associates' counseling history and performance history.
- Submit counselings for associates, tracking approval and printing for managers.
- Print and post rates throughout the shift for all associates.
- Answer associate questions regarding points/vacation/personal time balances and escalate discrepancies.
- Assist with safety and dock audits and publish them.
- Assist managers in running/tracking production reports and updating operations reports.
Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
