This role is for a motivated individual to join a Driver Academy and train to become a qualified LGV Category C+E Driver. You will learn to collect milk from farms and deliver it to processing sites, representing the business professionally and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Train towards obtaining your LGV Category C+E license.
Learn to safely collect milk from farms and deliver it to processing sites.
Carry out milk transhipping operations where required.
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with farmers and colleagues.
Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and depot presentation.
Comply with all health, safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Always represent the business professionally.

Requirements

Full UK driving license.
Good level of physical fitness.
Basic IT skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, professional, and safety focused.
