Build strong partnerships and be the interface with Global Service Delivery teams.
Drive continuous improvement and operational cost optimization.
Ensure service health visibility.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering or related field.
Proven experience leading complex application and service operations.
Experience managing large operational organizations in multiple regions.
Strong understanding of enterprise-scale IT environments.
Experience building operational excellence organizations.
Experience leading regional or global service organizations.
Experience managing significant organizational change.
