- Documented experience of leading a complex, high-tech organization with highly skilled employees across AI, data, software, and hardware domains.
- Strong focus on customer delivery.
- Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, software factories, AI-enabled development, and the future potential of agentic software engineering.
- Experience in product planning and an end-to-end perspective on creating modularized solutions.
- Documented experience of leading software-intensive product development.
- Experience driving technology transformation in a complex engineering environment.
- Pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
