About the role:
We are looking for a commercially driven and digitally savvy Head of D2C E-Commerce (internal title: D2C Manager CA Benelux) to lead our Direct-to-Consumer business across the Benelux region. As a member of the Benelux Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth, shaping the D2C strategy, and delivering an outstanding consumer experience across online touchpoints.
The D2C business is a strategic growth pillar for Electrolux, playing a key role in strengthening consumer relationships and accelerating digital transformation.
The Head of D2C E-Commerce Commercial Area Benelux reports directly to the VP Commercial Area Benelux.
What you'll do:
Own the D2C P&L and deliver profitable growth through strong commercial performance.
Develop and execute the mid- and long-term D2C strategy, aligned with Benelux and Group business objectives.
Drive traffic, engagement, and conversion through digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, display advertising, and social media.
Continuously optimize the consumer journey, conversion rates, loyalty, and overall customer experience across the D2C channel.
Use data-driven insights to monitor channel performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
Lead pricing, assortment, and promotional planning in close collaboration with local stakeholders and the Central D2C team.
Champion innovation in digital tools, automation, and personalization to enhance performance and future-proof the business.
Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and successful delivery.
Collaborate closely with regional and local stakeholders across commercial, marketing, digital, operations, and central functions, acting as the voice of the consumer while elevating e-commerce priorities across the organization.
What you'll bring:
Degree in Business, Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
Extensive experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, online sales, or a similar commercial leadership role - ideally within consumer goods.
Proven experience managing P&L performance, driving profitable growth, and leading digital transformation and change initiatives in evolving organisational environments.
Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, online sales channels, consumer behavior, and multi-channel distribution networks.
Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate consumer insights into commercial growth opportunities.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and competing business priorities.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a fast-changing environment.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are an advantage.
