Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement through global Sandvik Coromant Centers.
  • Develop and expand Tech Days for customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Transform Sandvik Coromant Academy into a commercial, revenue-generating model.
  • Make technical content relevant, engaging, and attractive to customers.
  • Lead a global team and collaborate across markets, functions, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Deep technical credibility in manufacturing, CNC, metal cutting, or related industrial environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical expertise into clear customer value and business outcomes.
  • Experience in industrial B2B sales, product management, technical leadership, customer-facing roles, or industrial training organizations.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a global environment.
  • Ability to lead change across cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical content engagingly.
  • Ability to build strong collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
  • Practical, hands-on approach.
