Responsibilities
- Gain exposure across different functions and geographies.
- Participate in rotations across core business areas (each lasting 1–3 months).
- Undertake an international assignment in the final month.
- Work on a dedicated project running throughout the entire program.
- Gain exposure to high-speed separators, decanters, and membrane technologies for Food & Pharma, Ocean, and Energy divisions.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree (completed in Sweden) by September 2027 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Digitalization, Industrial Engineering & Management, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Mechatronics.
- Maximum 1.5 years of full-time work experience (as of September 2027).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Eligible to work within the EU.
- Must submit Cover Letter, CV, and Degree certificate or academic transcript.
