Responsibilities

- Monitor asset deployment and utilization.
- Analyze causes of delinquency and report concerns.
- Resolve customer disputes and implement asset repossessions.
- Ensure integrity of collection data and customer logs.
- Upload case trails accurately and within timelines.
- Adhere strictly to compliance.
- Maintain relationships with collection agencies.
- Update payments in the VFS System.
- Manage collections across all buckets and repossessions.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate, preferably BCom or BBA.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools usage.
- Strong willingness to learn and explore a career in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of working in a process-driven organization.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the state (must).
- Additional languages are an added advantage.
- Willing to provide references and consent to a reference check.

- Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi & Regional Language of said state.
