About NATS Apprenticeship Program:

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. It’s a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retiral benefits administration

2. FBP Claims administration

3. Payroll administration

4. EDM Administration

5. 1. Employee Files Hardcopy Scanning & sending it to his/her Official Email ID
   2. Convert scanned documents into EDM tickets
   3. Process and resolve tickets by uploading documents to the EDM database through the ASK HR platform
   4. Ensure accuracy and proper documentation throughout the process

Training:

• On-the-job training will be provided by the team

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow process guidelines

Qualification

• B Com Graduates, (2024, 2025 and 2026 pass out only)

Work Location

• Parin Building – 5th Floor
