Responsibilities

  • Responsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.
  • Drive product and process validation projects.
  • Provide input and support for trainings.
  • Provide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle.
  • Provide input on legislation and design standards.

Requirements

  • Technical background with a scientific school.
  • Preferably an engineering degree.
  • A couple of years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience within Heating or HVAC industry.
  • Successful track record based on supportive behavior and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of how to work in a cross-functional organization.

Benefits

  • Base salary of 30,000€, CCNL METALWORKING.
