Responsibilities
- Support 1Way (SAP S4/Hana) implementations for designated areas.
- Act as Product Owner for designated business process areas, focusing on requirements, value, and backlog prioritization.
- Maintain and update blueprints for designated areas.
- Drive and lead activities to support the Global Process Owner (GPO).
- Optimize end-to-end processes.
- Support, track, and report 1Way benefit realization in cooperation with business owners.
- Integrate benefit realization activities into business operational processes.
- Streamline end-to-end business operational processes.
- Provide guidance or training to key users on business operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to innovate existing processes.
- Own and coordinate business requests, ensuring proper analysis, clarification, and alignment.
- Analyze new demands/requirements and drive the development of business cases for Steer Committee approval.
- Propose and recommend prioritization of requirements within agreed governance and budget frameworks.
- Lead and drive the realization of process improvements.
- Participate in Machining initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Controlling and SAP Fiori–based reporting.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, identifying improvement opportunities and driving alignment to global standards.
- Ability to reduce local variations, enforce a single, consistent way of working, and improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Comfortable operating across cultures, time zones, and different working styles.
- Ability to bring teams together around common processes and objectives while understanding regional contexts.
- Supports and drives others through coaching and team facilitation.
- Helps stakeholders adopt global processes and new ways of working.
- Solid project leadership and change implementation capability.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders through well-structured presentations, clear training materials, and targeted communication.
- Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences, demonstrate active listening, and communicate effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
