Vattenfall is seeking a Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP IS-U and SAP CRM to join their Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions department. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements. The position is full-time and permanent, based in Solna, Sweden, with flexible work-from-home options and opportunities in other European cities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to ensure stable and reliable solutions are designed, developed, implemented, and maintained.
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities to meet business needs.
  • Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders.
  • Monitor system activities on a daily basis.
  • Handle and resolve incidents.
  • Create functional/technical designs for error corrections, small assignments, and projects.
  • Ensure implemented changes fulfill business needs and comply with regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

  • Strong communicative skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written format.
  • In-depth SAP IS-U knowledge and/or functional SAP knowledge.
  • Energy market experience.
  • Experience with Service Notification/Order.
  • Experience with EDM.
  • Experience with Device Management.
  • Experience with Market communication (EDIEL) and Idoc processes.
  • Experience with Web Services.

Desired Qualifications

  • Eager to learn more.
  • Wants to develop colleagues by proactively coaching and supporting them.
  • Functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U, e.g., Billing and Invoice processes, Workflow.
  • Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules, e.g., SD, CRM, ILM.
  • Technical knowledge, i.e., ABAP developer skills including debugging.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market.
