Responsibilities
- Recruit passive candidates through proactive market research and assess them against top talent and Amazon’s culture.
- Manage and prioritize searches to ensure diverse talent pipelines are provided on-time.
- Leverage industry trends and market conditions to develop innovative sourcing methods.
- Screen and attract top talent by assessing candidate skills and qualifications.
- Utilize best in class candidate engagement techniques and pre-closing strategies.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Strategic Demand Advisors.
- Create exceptional candidate experience through efficient organization and communication.
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, and cycle times.
- Continuously expand knowledge base of industry standards and trends.
- Participate in project work focused on building operational efficiencies and process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
- 3+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.
