Responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
Manage customer/partner expectations effectively.
Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies for company growth.
Implement new processes and fine-tune standard recruiting processes.
Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
Assess interviewing techniques and identify top performers for senior-level openings.

Requirements

4+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high volume and high hiring bar environment.
Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and negotiation skills.
Keen focus on delivering business results.
