As a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader in Las Vegas, you will ensure a safe and efficient in-store logistics process to contribute to a seamless customer experience. This role involves managing daily flow operations, ensuring product availability and quality, and empowering your team to meet fulfillment goals.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a seamless customer experience with a safe and efficient in-store logistics process.
Secure product availability with the highest quality at the lowest cost, maintaining a safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment.
Manage inbound and outbound volume considering space, equipment, and people to maximize efficient retail store logistics operations.
Manage daily flow operations through product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
Ensure team members have the knowledge and empowerment to secure goods availability and enable customer order fulfillment.
Contribute to and follow up on the retail store logistics action plan.
Contribute to long-term profitability goals in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
Promote health and safety in goods handling.

Requirements

3 years of experience leading a team, preferably in a retail warehouse environment.
Experience managing budgets and goals.
