Responsibilities
- Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by correct and on-time execution and development of assigned store goods flow tasks, supporting and guiding co-workers.
- Perform effectively and further develop the store goods flow operation in the assigned area, using available systems and tools for efficient goods flow process and data integrity.
- Work according to and further develop the inventory routine to maximize stock accuracy and achieve product availability.
- Contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in daily work by being involved in the goal setting process.
- Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations within assigned goods flow processes by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way, using and sharing good examples.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of IKEA operations, including IKEA tools and expertise of colleagues in the goods flow team.
- Ability to support and guide co-workers.
- Proficiency in using available systems and tools that support an efficient goods flow process and data integrity.
- Ability to work according to and further develop inventory routines.
- Ability to contribute to goal setting processes and action plans.
- Ability to work in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
- Must be able to work nights & weekends.
- Successful candidate will be required to complete a background check and a drug test.
Desired Qualifications
- Permanent – Full-Time position (benefits eligible).
