IKEA is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time role involves contributing to customer order fulfillment through efficient product availability and replenishment processes, including receiving, moving, selecting, and handling goods. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders across different sales channels.
  • Ensure efficient product availability and replenishment processes.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Move product to final selling locations (storage or floor).
  • Perform sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidance.
  • Select goods for customers within the agreed timeframe.
  • Certify all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Handle goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
  • Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
  • Contribute to an inclusive work environment embracing diversity.

Requirements

  • Must have open availability between 6AM - 10PM Monday - Sunday.
  • Ability to certify all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Experience operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
  • Must complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with IKEA's culture and values is a plus.
