Responsibilities
- Support Global Real Estate and Facilities team for APAC region.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting.
- Support monthly financial close activities.
- Support preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with controllership.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to provide timely analysis and financial leadership.
- Lead variance analysis for monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Execute ad-hoc projects and business analysis.
- Perform financial modeling as needed.
- Review and sign off on Budget estimates shared by Facility Management.
- Review and consolidation of Accrual ageing.
- Create month-end commentary and convert it to a SQL review file for WD3.
- Review PO creation/amendment and other operational finance activities.
- Respond to vendors on AP related queries and landlords on payment queries.
- Prepare Lease spend approval templates.
- Analyze retention invoices and update payments.
- Address adhoc financial inquiries or issues.
- Closely monitor Annual/adhoc PO creation progress based on budget estimates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of finance experience
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 1+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
