Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program Lead to manage and drive large-scale, complex programs and projects from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
- Understand and translate business requirements into actionable solutions across people, processes, policies, and technology.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to test and launch scalable solutions meeting customer needs and controllership standards.
- Ensure consistent, efficient project execution using Amazon's governance and project methodology frameworks.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, maintaining contingency plans.
- Monitor project health post-go-live, tracking and reporting key metrics to Senior Leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance FinOps effectiveness.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable results
- Experience in a customer-focused field or business
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
- Results-oriented work ethic with a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
- Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles, or experience using Oracle
