About the role

We are looking for a motivated Finance & Project Management Intern to join the Finance Development PMO team, supporting activities related to delivering the Electrolux Group Annual Report.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to Group-level reporting processes, project management and investor relations activities.

Your tasks

You will be involved in:

• Supporting the project manager in the planning process for the annual report including setting up the overall timeline, milestones, deadlines, and identifying risks, issues and dependencies across activities

• Participating in regular status update meetings with various members of the project team in order to track progress

• Assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making

• Contributing to and preparing material for steering committee meetings, board memos, status update summaries

• Using Workiva on a daily basis

• Assisting in Process Improvements related to reporting flows and communication channels

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

This role provides strong insight into how the project management of a complex, group-level project is executed.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled for all duration of the internship in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/business administration/accounting.

• Good communication skills in English and Swedish

• Strong interest in project management and reporting

• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset

• Interest in understanding end‑to‑end processes at Group level

• Comfortable working in an international environment
