About the role
We are looking for a motivated Finance Project Management Intern to join the Finance Development PMO team, supporting activities related to delivering the Electrolux Group Annual Report.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to Group-level reporting processes, project management and investor relations activities.
Your tasks
As part of the Finance Development PMO team, the intern will be involved in:
Supporting the project manager in the planning process for the annual report including setting up the overall timeline, milestones, deadlines, and identifying risks, issues and dependencies across activities
Participating in regular status update meetings with various members of the project team in order to track progress
Assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
Contributing to and preparing material for steering committee meetings, board memos, status update summaries
Using Workiva on a daily basis
Assisting in Process Improvements related to reporting flows and communication channels
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
This role provides strong insight into how the project management of a complex, group-level project is executed.
Requirements
Actively enrolled for all duration of the internship in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/business administration/accounting.
Good communication skills in English and Swedish
Strong interest in project management and reporting
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
Interest in understanding end‑to‑end processes at Group level
Comfortable working in an international environment
