Responsibilities

  • Support accounts payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making.
  • Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
  • Comply with and help achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in the Accounts Payable team.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Input invoice and payment information into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all outstanding payments are accounted for and resolved promptly.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in financial operations, demonstrating advanced skills in managing end-to-end payment cycles and optimizing cash flow.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Order to Cash (O2C) processes (Accounts Payables and Receivables), and Procure to Pay (P2P) workflows.
  • Highly adept in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accurate reporting and impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial management.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
  • Hold a valid India work permit.
  • Comfortable working in Bangalore as the work location.
