We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide expert repair services for technology solutions in Acheson, Alberta. Responsibilities
- Provide expert repair services for technology solutions.
- Deliver unmatched customer satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of safety.
- Ensure the performance and longevity of customers' technology.
- Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
- Maintain fleet in the field.
- Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
- Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
- Improve measurable success to business targets.
- Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software.
Requirements
- 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
- Appropriate electromechanical degree or training
- Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
- Good command in English
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling
