Alfa Laval Iberica is seeking a Field Service Team Manager in Alcobendas to lead a team of Field Service Technicians focused on decanters and heat exchangers. This role involves developing and motivating the team, ensuring operational capability, and delivering excellent customer experiences while meeting market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nearly 10 Field Service Technicians for decanters and heat exchangers.
  • Provide focused leadership to maintain operational capability.
  • Balance customer, business, and team needs.
  • Support and coordinate team members to create excellent customer experiences and meet market demands.
  • Provide direction to the team with a strong customer-orientated mindset.
  • Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports, ensuring proper competence development.
  • Conduct FSE employee reviews and update competence profiles and skills matrices.
  • Ensure effective management of people in remote areas.
  • Execute services from the 360º service portfolio on specific products, modules, and systems.
  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators for planning field service activities and selecting appropriate FSEs for complex jobs.

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Engineering or Similar (equivalent Spanish diploma FP Superior).
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams of technicians.
  • Strong experience in Service, maintenance, repair, and assistance processes.
  • Residence in Madrid.
  • English and Spanish languages (Spoken and written).

  • Experience in Sales Process is very valuable.
  • Portuguese language is a nice to have.
