About this work area
As a Field Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead a B2B outbound sales team responsible for generating and converting opportunities across all sales channels. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead, inspire and coach a team of Field Sales Specialists to exceed B2B outbound sales targets.
• Improve sales capability through structured coaching, feedback and development plans
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyse sales data and reporting to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and optimise outbound sales processes, workflows and ways of working
• Drive performance through strong pipeline management, forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems and Excel to inform decisions
• Build strong internal relationships to align on sales strategy and execution.
You’re a commercially minded sales leader who thrives on developing others and delivering results through team performance. You have:
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach or influence sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and sales technique capability.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills (including Excel).
• Experience working with CRM tools and sales technologies.
• Solid understanding of process improvement or project delivery.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
