Arla seeks an Experienced Azure Platform Specialist in Gdańsk to design, build, automate, and operate Azure-based infrastructure and platform services for their PLM ecosystem. This hybrid role emphasizes secure, scalable cloud solutions, DevOps practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure, platform services, networking components, and Azure Databricks environments supporting PLM integrations, data flows, scalability, platform reliability, performance, and operational stability.
  • Support Azure networking and infrastructure operations, including connectivity, access management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices by maintaining CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, environment management, and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates (optional advantage).

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in Azure cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps-focused roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, security, monitoring, and platform operations.
  • Experience with Azure Databricks, including workspace, cluster, job, security, and performance considerations.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps ways of working, including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management, and environment governance.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise integrations, PLM, ERP, PIM systems, event-driven architecture, or data platform solutions is a plus.
  • Relevant Azure, Databricks, DevOps, networking, or Terraform certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools is also a plus.
