Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the General Manager and Staff Management Team, managing calendars, schedules, and priorities.
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
- Coordinate leadership communications and information flow across the organization.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records and documentation.
- Manage leadership travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related logistics.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and business events.
- Conduct research and prepare materials to support leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects, tracking progress and deliverables.
- Support execution of organizational priorities through effective planning and follow-through.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Handle sensitive business and personnel information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or leadership support role.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Strong project coordination and follow-through skills.
