Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment orders, stock reservations, and delivery schedules across Australia, New Zealand, and PNG.
- Liaise with factories, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery.
- Manage international and domestic freight activities.
- Create, process, and receipt purchase orders for factory and local supplier purchases.
- Monitor inventory availability, stock reservations, and backorders.
- Maintain accurate product information, order records, and system data in ERP, CRM, and sales administration platforms.
- Collaborate with factory stakeholders to manage specification changes, communicate updates, and resolve delivery issues.
Requirements
- Experience in equipment order coordination, supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, managing data, and maintaining records.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or other business systems, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve order, freight, inventory, or delivery issues.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to the mining, manufacturing, industrial, technical, logistics, or heavy equipment sectors will be highly regarded.
