- Support development, revision, and maintenance of Engineering standards and procedures.

- Participate in cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Engineering Tools and Processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Sophomore standing or above.
- Ability to work full-time during the co-op term.
Desired Qualifications
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with technical writing and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in the process and procedures of Engineering.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- Mathcad or similar experience desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and willingness to ask questions.
