Responsibilities

- Introduce, adapt, and maintain processes and a working environment that support reliable engineering delivery.
- Plan and prioritize work with the team, translating objectives into realistic plans and clear commitments.
- Manage stakeholders across the organization and ensure optimal planning, alignment, and an effective operating environment for the team.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics, communications engineering, or comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience leading engineering or project teams, or in a comparable role with strong delivery responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience leading teams within matrix organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges from a delivery and organizational perspective.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
