Responsibilities
- Review configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements.
- Perform automated sizing for the selection of the accurate unit.
- Analyze customer requirements, provide recommended product features, and build models.
- Evaluate individual instrument specifications and requirements and select appropriate model codes and service offerings.
- Validate the model number in the business system or tools (Toolkit), such as code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes.
- Provide product lead times based on system data.
- Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
