We are seeking a Project Engineer for our Macaé/RJ team to lead projects for the offshore market, focusing on safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and solid project management experience, particularly within the offshore sector.

Responsibilities

Design, communicate and implement project execution plans.
Monitor project progress, performance and costs.
Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
Resolve operational issues and minimize delays.
Coordinate resources and interface with internal areas.
Manage contractors and third-party suppliers.
Act as the primary interface with customers.
Manage troubleshooting activities during the warranty period.
Track and report project KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Solid experience in Project Management.
Mandatory experience in the Offshore market.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
Familiarity with applicable NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards).
Experience interacting directly with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
Availability for frequent travel and site visits.
Advanced English.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with industrial projects, fabrication projects, process equipment and Boilers will be considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.
