Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, identifying and delivering outcomes for client-facing projects.
- Drive end-to-end program management including planning, scoping, milestone tracking, kickoff materials, governance frameworks, budget tracking, and issue management.
- Build relationships and exert influence within a complex organization with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify work/process inefficiencies and drive repeatable solutions.
- Plan and execute work to build trust across teams, connecting clients and internal teams, and understanding interdependencies.
- Integrate multiple adjacent or interrelated client/stakeholder project timelines, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW), formal quotations, and obtaining Purchase Orders (PO).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a cross-functional project/program management, consulting or a client-facing role.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project and engagement management in a consulting environment, within cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Experience working with project management methodologies and tools such as OpenAir etc.
- Experience working with C-level executives such as CISOs and the ability to set and manage expectations with executive stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, set expectations, and follow-through to completion with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
