Responsibilities

Proactively identify, engage, and qualify talent through advanced sourcing techniques, market mapping, and direct outreach.
Build talent pipelines for various markets, focusing on France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Conduct screening conversations with potential candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records within Workday and other recruitment systems.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements

Proven experience in strategic sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably within consulting or professional services.
Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and advanced Boolean search techniques.
Experience sourcing niche profiles across the French and BeLux markets.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and enterprise ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Workday).
Ability to independently manage candidate pipelines and stakeholder interactions.
Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
