Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives in Egypt.
- Lead and optimize supply chain processes including material handling, planning, customs, and inventory management.
- Oversee design, implementation, and continuous improvement of material handling systems.
- Lead the supply planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels and material availability.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian import/export regulations and international trade standards.
- Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a multinational or industrial environment.
- Strong background in material handling systems, supply and material planning, and customs operations.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (preferably Oracle), planning tools, and supply chain analytics.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
