This position reports to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds solid networks with universities, students’ associations, and subject-specific networks, such as engineering associations and students’ networks, identifying their success factors and positioning ABB as the employer of choice.
  • Builds early talent program frameworks and best practices, supporting the delivery of the local rotational programs.
  • Cooperates closely with local Marketing and Communication teams and the Talent Acquisition team in attracting top talent.
  • Organizes, executes, and attends career events and university fairs.
  • Contributes to reviewing the process for attracting and hiring early talents, including those within existing programs to improve efficiency while maintaining key performance indicators and data tracking.
  • Manages recruitment processes for early talent programs, such as the trainee program.
  • Responsible for project management of local early talent and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Procative support other employer branding and talent acquisition activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, Design, Media, HR, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Early Talent or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on experience with proven experience in campus relation, video editing and multimedia storytelling for digital platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling, content writing, and narrative-building skills.
  • Exposure to DEI, early careers, or campus branding initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design + video + storytelling work.
  • Ability to independently turn ideas into executed campaigns.
