We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer for our Web Application Development team in Pune, India. This full-time hybrid role involves end-to-end customized application development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including configuration, automation with Power Automate, and working with add-ons like DocumentCorePack. You will collaborate with internal customers to understand requirements and propose solutions, participating in global projects.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Implement changes and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Work with MSCRM add-ons such as DocumentCorePack for template design and document generation.
- Ensure proper integration and functionality of third-party tools within Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement workflows to streamline CRM operations.
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Provide user guides and technical notes for implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4-6 years of Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
- Practical knowledge of Power Automate, workflows, and business process flows.
- Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
- Understanding of CRM data model and business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DocumentCorePack or similar document automation tools.
- Knowledge of Power Platform connectors and integrations.
- Exposure to Azure services and basic integration concepts.
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200 or equivalent) are a plus.
