Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Manage P&L for the C&S AM Business in the assigned region and identify opportunities for total Sandvik offerings.
- Achieve targeted revenue and profitability objectives, driving revenue growth.
- Possess sound technical knowledge of Crushing and Screening equipment, with the ability to perform maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Make detailed service reports, follow up on spare orders, and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Increase aftermarket sales through parts, wear parts, services, upgrades, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer operations to deliver value-added support solutions.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend actions to improve machine uptime.
- Support forecasting and planning of parts, components, and service requirements.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Product Support, and Supply Chain teams.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business discussions to strengthen relationships.
- Analyze customer fleet performance data and generate recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure CRM and other business systems are updated with accurate information.
- Support the resolution of customer issues related to machine performance, service quality, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Promote new aftermarket products, digital solutions, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Track key business metrics including aftermarket revenue, fleet coverage, customer satisfaction, and service utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support strategic account development by creating customer value propositions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market gaps.
- Analyze potential business opportunities and develop action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer visit reports, service reports, and warranty reports.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in the Crushing & Screening (C&S) industry within the Maintenance & Service function.
- Demonstrated ability to manage service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to support business growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to improve customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
